Glenn and I would like to thank our longtime friend Susan for giving us the opportunity to co-own the most beautiful Labrador female we have ever seen. We enjoyed the experience so much,we decided to purchase Tru's brother Oz after seeing pictures of all the puppies. Because we live in Missouri, Susan is keeping Tru and Oz as part of her family, doing all their care and training. What a blessing! Susan constantly provides updates with the care, health and training progress. Her wealth of information and experience makes a long distance relationship very enjoyable and rewarding. We have owned Labradors for the past 24 years but Country Crest Labradors are the most outstanding we have ever seen anywhere. We would never attempt a long distance relationship with any other kennel except CountryCrest. Thank You again, Susan We are looking forward to such a bright future and definite championships for both Oz and Tru.

"My entire experience working with Susan was immediately very personal and meaningful. She and I began communicating with each other about Jillian's upcoming litter about 7 months before the puppies were even born. I was so impressed with her knowledge and support she gave me along with her champion dogs that I knew I had met the right breeder. She continued to keep in contact and once the puppies arrived, as if 9 puppies weren't enough to occupy her time, she kept Facebook full of pictures and updates on each puppy. When I visited the puppies, she continued to prep me and guide me never making me feel I was taking up her time. It is so obvious that her dedication and love for Jillian and her puppies has really made a difference. My puppy is amazingly well tempered and sweet. What a blessing to have met Susan, a forever part of my puppies life!"
"After meeting and doing business with Susan, I would never go anywhere else to find a Labrador Retriever. I initially saw pictures of the babies on Facebook and immediately fell in love. We already had a 13 year old Yellow Lab and a 17 month old German Shepherd, but felt it was time to add to our family. As luck would have it, there was one male puppy left, and we made plans to visit the next afternoon. My girls and I spent at least three hours sitting in Susan's backyard chatting and playing with the puppies. It was very obvious that Susan cared about where her babies were placed and that they would continue to get the TLC that she had given them. Not only that, but she is a wealth of information about the breed and graciously shares that knowledge with others. We absolutely love our new puppy, Hunter Canyon, and he has fit right in with our family. Our little guy is handsome, smart, full of personality, and a true blessing! Thank you, Susan and CountryCrest....you are the best!"

We had a great experience working with Susan in finding our new addition, Ruger! She has been easy to work with and provides a huge amount of information throughout the entire process. She has a vast supply of information and her love for each and everyone of her dogs is awesome to see. Our dog is beautiful and has provided a great amount of joy and love to our family. We hope to work with her in the future for training.
